The U.S. Department of Justice has reached an agreement to resolve a lawsuit against Sairam Enterprises Inc. LLC, which owns a hotel in Tulsa, OK. The proposed consent decree resolves a 2014 lawsuit in which the department alleges that Sairam Enterprises violated the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) when it denied a room to a Veteran with a service animal. His service dog is a German shepherd that performs tasks related to his disabilities.
