23rd Annual Second Sight Bike-A-Thon

Albert will be participating in the 23rd Annual Second Sight Bike-A-Thon, a fundraiser to help veterans and the blind get the support and independence that service dogs bring to our lives.

The ride is made possible by the Suffolk Bicycle Riders Association to benefit the Guide Dog Foundation for the Blind, Inc. This popular event is a tour of Long Island’s North Shore leaving from the Guide Dog Foundation’s campus in Smithtown. Rides range from a 5-mile Fun Ride up to 65 miles. Scheduled for Sunday, September 9, 2012, the funds will go to support the raising and training of service animals for the blind and disabled veterans who served our country.
