Facebook has launched a page that allows anyone using assistive technologies to report issues they are having with the site and its applications. Users can also make feature requests by using this page.
Visit https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/?id=169372943117927 and be as specific as possible about what you tried to do and the issue you encountered.
Thanks to Pratik Patel, CEO of EZFire for a general template for use in recording problems before reporting it to Facebook. Simply can cut and paste the text after you have filled out the template. Do the same if you are requesting a new feature.
